Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99
Kaye's Candles is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Kindly allow USPS 3-5 business days to deliver your package.
Please note that we do not ship outside the United States.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Process
To return an item please email support@kayescandles.com within 3 days of receiving your order to start the return process. All returned items must be in new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 business days after confirmation of return to process your refund.
