RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Process​

To return an item please email support@kayescandles.com within 3 days of receiving your order to start the return process. All returned items must be in new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return.  Please allow at least 7-10 business days after confirmation of return to process your refund.
